I have discovered a little "secret" that researchers proved a while back. 2 thirty minute cardio workouts is better than 1 sixty minute cardio workout. Really? What's the difference?
The researchers found out a 30 minute cardio, then a abs workout, then a 30 minute cardio works the muscles much better thus better cutting and tighter abs. So, how to get a 6 pack? Look to cardio for one solution.
